Refund / Return Policy

You are more than welcome to return your item unless the product description states it is non returnable.

Please Note : Sale items are non returnable.

 

You have 14 days to return your order.

 

How to repackage your item?

A great way to return is to reuse the packaging we sent it to you in .

We always have a return address sticker on the back of your parcel . Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. So please take care when trying on.

Please enclose a short note of your order number inside so we know who you are to issue refund . How to send your parcel- We always recommend returning your items tracked, as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Please also keep hold of your return receipt until your refund or exchange has been issued as proof of postage.

How long does a refund take?

We process all refund returns once the item is received. You will be refunded via the same method of payment when purchased, and will be notified when we have processed your return/refund.

What is an unsuitable return?

​

Any items received exceeding the allocated 14 day refund policy will not be refunded nor returned to the customer.
